Drishti - 2010 a National Level Management Event organized by MBA program of Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management concluded on 20 February with SDM Law College winning the overall trophy and prize money of Rs 10000/-. SDM College of Business Management won the runners-up Trophy and prize money of Rs 5000/-. Altogether 16 teams across the state participated in Drishti- 2010 Youth Venture.

    Mr Manjunath Bhandary, Chairman of Bhandary foundation while giving inaugural address invited the students to experience the excellence at Sahyadri. Mr.B.R.Bhat General Manager of Corporation Bank inaugurated the programme and stressed the need for overall development of personality and said these fests will go a long way in developing the skills and competencies of the students.Dr.D.L.Prabhakara, Principal of the Institute distributed the prizes and said these events are very much essential to bring out the hidden talents of students. Dr.Raja.K.G Head of the department of MBA program said that the event was highly successful due to immaculate planning and efforts put by all the staff and students of the institute.
